We offer Leadership and Managerial learning journeys for both aspiring as well as seasoned leaders and managers. Our approach respects and acknowledges the wealth of experience that participants bring to the learning experience. Through well designed nudges, we invite leaders and managers to introspect and engage in a journey of self-discovery regarding what works best for them in their environment and context.
Our leadership learning journeys follow a blended learning methodology. The in-person/online facilitation workshops are closely followed by curated micro-learning content. One-to-one or group coaching interventions bring clarity in overcoming challenges related to implementation. There is an option to adopt stretch projects too.
